Hi there!
I’m
Tram

At The Empowerment Project, I believe that empowerment is key to successful therapy.

Having lived in several countries and experienced diverse cultures, I deeply understand how oppression and discrimination related to race, ethnicity, and class affect mental health. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for clients of all ages and backgrounds.

I am a licensed therapist serving clients across Washington State through online counseling. I specialize in helping adults and college students with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My therapy style is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helping you identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns.

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI): Supporting your motivation and commitment to change.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy: Focusing on your strengths and goals to create positive change quickly.

Outside of work, I love adventuring with my family, celebrating life with friends, cooking, and cuddling with my two cats.

Coming for therapy is a sign of what is right with you, not what’s wrong.
